Visit to INNO'UP: Mrs Helen CLARK congratulated the initiative

In Togo, on March 29, 2017, Helen CLARK, the Administrator of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), paid a visit to INNO’UP (the incubation center for women’s entrepreneurship in Togo) where she met and exchanged with women entrepreneurs .
The women paid her a great tribute by dedicating an honorary plaque to her honor. Also during a special ceremony at the presidency, she was decorated by the Head of State Faure GNASSINGBÉ, « Commander of the Order of Mono »
